The Jakeman’s brand was highly successful in the UK but struggling to compete with more established brands as it entered the US market.
Strategy
Research unlocked a key to repositioning. The consumer was looking for a brand at the intersection of natural flavor and efficacy. By redefining the brand as Throat and Chest, we created a platform for a greater efficacy message. Colorful and bold flavor cues helped the brand to stand out at the shelf while respecting its natural and traditional heritage.
